Computer-controlled engine management systems (EMS) are is the best thing that ever happened to sandcars.  But wiring them into your car can be a nightmare.  Many people don't want the hassle or liability of installing the engine EMS into a car.  One wrong wire and KABLAM, a blown computer box needs replaced.  With 20 to 40 wires to connect to your cam/crank sensors, power, ignition, injectors, fans, and fuel pump, it can be complicated and tedious work.
